strange layout uncomfortable room
the room had strange design. the glass shower stood few feet away from the bed and the toilet was hidden. the air conditioning shut off every three hours, this made the room uncomfortable. i had to get up to turn it back on. breakfast options werent big as i hoped.

The hotel location is central. It's very convenient for reaching most places. The staff were helpful during check in. Rooms were large, I had plenty of space. I enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool.
The mini bar was not well stocked. I did expect it to have more drinks. Otherwise, my stay was great.

Breakfast included a buffet selection with pastries and savory items. Coffee was excellent, it had a rich flavor and aroma. Fresh juice options were also available each morning, a welcomed delight.

The rooftop pool area had comfortable loungers and shaded areas. The gym included cardio equipment and free weights. The hotel also offers a concierge service, I found very convenient.

necessary amenities good variety twin room noise level bathroom door faulty shower
the room i stayed in, a superior double or twin room, was really nice. it had all the necessary amenities. breakfast was included and offered a good VARIETY of choices.
the noise level at night was quite high. i could hear sounds from the street below. also, i found the absence of a door between the bathroom and the main room a bit uncomfortable. a shower was faulty and leaked a lot of water.

Really good Stay
friendly staff central location wonderful view
The staff was friendly. They were helpful. The location was central, which allowed easy access to major attractions. The rooftop deck offered wonderful views of the city.
I found the bathroom layout to be somewhat impractical. The shower lacked a door, which caused water to splash into the rest of the bathroom. This made it difficult to keep the area dry and clean.

The staff members were attentive to all requests. They provided prompt and courteous assistance. I found their dedication greatly enhanced my stay. The team was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.

The rooftop pool offered a relaxing experience with comfortable loungers available. The hotel gym included modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes. These amenities allowed me to maintain my fitness routine .

soft sheets glass bottles great location bad oysters food poisoning vacation issue
The sheets in the room felt very soft. Good water was always available. It came in glass bottles. The location proved fabulous. I could walk to various sites. The cathedral was only five minutes away. The water side was also an easy walk.
The oysters I ordered tasted bad. I experienced food poisoning. It happened while on vacation. It was a first for me. We did not finish them, as the taste was off. I felt super sick in the morning and unwell for over 12 hours.
